I am a self-taught Japanese-American illustrator currently residing in Nice, France. Born in Tokyo in 1992, I grew up in upstate New York before relocating to the south of France in 2014. My art is influenced by Japanese design and the Mediterranean dolce vita vibe, drawing inspiration from the ordinary yet magical adventures of my own family. My American countryside upbringing also informs my work, evoking the nostalgia of childhood. I mostly create illustrations for gift items, stationery, and children’s merchandise.
